euroSource LLC Adds Endangered Toy Indication to Web Site

LANCASTER, PA. November 12, 2009 – euroSource LLC today announced the availability of endangered toy indication on their web site for retailing European toys. The indication is designed to give customers up-to-date information on toys endangered by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).

The new indication is a rhino mother and baby graphic that is shown as a watermark on images of the endangered toy. The rhino graphic conveys the meaning of being endangered. It can be seen at http://www.euroToyShop.com/.

The CPSIA forces European manufacturers to perform duplicate testing and certification. In some cases, European manufacturers that have supplied euroSource LLC with toys in the past can no longer export to the USA at a reasonable cost. Our remaining inventory of these toys is labeled endangered. “Check out grt way @eurotoyshop is letting their customers know abt why certain toys aren’t available due 2 #CPSIA” said @whimsicalwalney on Twitter.

See more information about the CPSIA and the ways it affects our business and consumer choices at http://www.euroToyShop.com/CPSIA-what-is.asp.
